Getting Started Checklist- For New Consultants

Alright, you're a brand new Thirty-One consultant! Let's get this party started!! Here's 6 steps you should do right of the bat to get yourself set up for success:

1. Personalize your website
   
   -Log on to www.thirtyonetoday.com (TOT) using your consultant ID and password
   -Click "My Profile" up at the top by your picture
   -Select "View Profile in Virtual Office" button under your phone number
   -Click on the "My Website Information" tab
   -Edit your information! I advise making your website short, snappy, and easy for your customers to remember!
   
   
   
   
2. Log on to TOT and register for a New Consultant Webinar
   
   Click "FOR NEW CONSULTANTS" on the top right
   
   Scroll down to click on "New Consultant Webinars" and then pick a date that works best for you!
   
   Register and then attend your webinar. You'll get tons of GREAT info! Then check out all the other new consultant training available to you on TOT!
   
   
   
3. Schedule your launch party
   
   Your business, like all businesses, deserves a grand opening! This is called a Launch Party. The purpose of your launch party is to share Thirty-One with others to generate sales and book parties. What's special about a launch party is YOU'RE the hostess! You'll get the hostess rewards and the commission!
   
   Schedule your launch party for about 2 weeks after you enroll, this will give you time for your kit to be delivered and for you to get familiar with it.
   
   List your Launch party on your website so any friends and family who can't make it can support your launch by placing an online order! 
   
   
4. Find your first 3 hostesses and schedule their parties
   
   It's important to get these first parties booked as soon as you can, especially while you're working to earn Startswell! Who will you talk to about Thirty-One? It's time to make your list of 62, list your Friends, Relatives, Acquaintances, Neighbors, Kids' connections, and Spouse connections. (FRANKS). Here's a sheet you can print out that will help you with your list of 62!
   
   Take a look at your calendar for your Startswell period (your first 120 days) and highlight all the days where you can hold a party! To get some party practice during your first 30 days I recommend you hold your launch party plus 3 other parties.
   
   Over the next few days use the list of 62 to invite people to your launch party. Look over the list and put a heart next to 10 ladies you'd love to hold a party with! When you invite them to your launch party start a conversation about their interest in hosting. Here are some great words to use!
   
5. Create your party outline
   
   Make an outline of what you'll say at your parties! Put together an outline that you feel comfortable with, we want you to be confident presenting it at your parties. Have your outline on index cards, or print it out and have it on a clip board so you can keep it handy at your parties.
   
   I've been partying for about 4 years and I still keep my notes in my hand! I also get incredibly nervous speaking in front of people so I've developed an outline that requires less talking than average. Click here to check out my outline!
