Questions to ask at check out: "Did you have fun tonight?" "Are you considering hosting your own Thirty-One girls night?" If she only wrote down on her wishlist things she wants to buy right now: "Did you see anything else in the catalog that you'd like me to let you know if it goes on sale?"
Okay! Kids were in bed and I was in my jammies but while I had a second I went ahead and recited my whole party presentation :) Now you can see it come to life, enjoy!
You can get all the documents for my guest folders by clicking here!
After Conference 2015 I did a few things that I seriously recommend you do too. Write an outline that works for you and put that bad boy on index cards or print it out and put in on a clipboard. Then turn on your phone's camera and recite it. Listen to it. Recite it again. Recite it again. Once you have it on video just the way you like it listen to it when you're alone in the car, in the shower, whatever. Listen to it until you can recite it in your sleep! I have some other tips for the girls who shake in their boots when they present at a party (like me!) but that's a post for another day ;)

And then I got a little better:
Here's to hoping that listening to me push myself to get better helps you step out of your comfort zone, too!!
Hi ladies! Thank you for coming out to the party! I want to start off with introductions. I need each of you tell me your name, how you know the hostess, and ONE positive word that describes her.
(I have a post it note on my clipboard where I note down the nice words. After the party I mail the hostess a thank you card and include all the nice things her friends said about her)

When it's my turn:
I’m Carly and I’m a director with Thirty-One Gifts. I’ve been with Thirty-One for almost 4 years. When I started I just wanted the kit.
2 years later my youngest was born and the daycare bill was going to be as big as my paycheck. I quit my day job and hit the ground running with Thirty-One. That year I double promoted to Director, earned a free all inclusive vacation for my husband and I and, as cheesy as it sounds, I found myself on fire with a passion to use my business to make a difference through drives for Butler County Children's Services. If you want to know more about that, ask after the party!
So, who’s been to a Thirty-One party before?! Did you know that Thirty-One is all about Celebrating, Encouraging, and Rewarding women?!
Right now I want to celebrate YOU with a prize drawing! Open up your folders and fill out the "Enter My Drawing Slip" we'll draw one slip to see who wins the prize!
Draw a winner and let them pick a prize out of my "treasure chest" full off $1 prizes from Target's $1 bin, nail files and key fobs I get with extra hostess credit, etc
OFFER SOLUTIONS
Everyone go up to the display and pick a product, then take it to your seat.
Everyone pick an envelope out of my caddy.

Okay, I need 3 volunteers! (Give 3 volunteers an extra "volunteer" envelope)
We're going to go around the room and take turns reading our envelopes. You'll use your products to answer the question in your envelope. Here, I'll go first so you can see!

You ladies are awesome! I want to explain, you’ll notice I didn’t give you an order form, instead you have a wishlist. Write down everything you’d like to get tonight, but also write down anything you'd like to get thats falls outside of your budget for tonight. That way if anything on your wishlist goes on sale I can let you know and help you get a good deal!
A few things about the catalog and then I’ll shut up!
On the back: This is the starter kit, $400+ in products & supplies for just $99!
Inside cover: Hostess rewards, this explains what you can get for free and half price when you have your own Thirty-One girls night!
Inside of that: Embroidery guide, this is where you'll turn when you're trying to decide how to personalize your products.

Okay, that about wraps it up! Does anyone have any questions? HINT! If you volunteered, you indeed have a question and it's inside your volunteer envelope ;)
Answer the planted questions about the special, hosting, and joining.
