Hostess coaching: Before I add the hostess, I remind her about the “invitations”. Talk to her about focusing on quality over quantity when she’s decided who to invite to her party. You don’t want to invite everyone on your friends list. When guests see that 300 people are invited they feel like they are just 1 click to you and that you won’t notice if they don’t participate.

Another reason we love Thirty-One is our thermals! I love this newer style, it’s called the Family Fun Thermal and it features leak lock lining. <3 I’ve seen it keep drinks cold for 21 hours!
