No Tricks. Just TREATS!

I have those moments sometimes. Those moments when you realize you didn't book your calendar to match your goals and now you have to hustle and put together a plan. October was one of those months- grossly under booked.

Don't fret! I came up with a plan and now I am sharing it with you.



I went to my customer group, but not in a way you probably think. I posted this sneak peak of the upcoming items (only 5 days before it's available)

I'm skipping holidays pretty quickly here, but be still my heart! I just got these in the mail. I'm in love with our new holiday gift guide! This is going to help my October Hostesses earn tons of rewards ♡

After that I put together a list of 12 ladies. Some were ladies who commented on my post that they loved the Christmas stuff, some were hostesses who hadn't hosted in a while, some where ladies who were super active in past facebook parties, etc. A couple hours after I posted the sneak peak I sent each of them a private message or a text message that read:

"Hey friend! Thirty-One is about to launch a little holiday line and I know it's going to be popular. How would you feel about using the holiday line to try and collect just $100 in orders in exchange for a prize?"

Some ladies responded with enthusiasm that they wanted to try! I followed up with this message:
"You're the best! I'll send a picture with some more details in a sec, and I'll get a packet in the mail for you. Thank you!!"

The ladies who didn't respond or seemed hesitant I reassured them:
"I don't want to pressure you into anything, I just felt like with the holiday gifts and people starting their Christmas shopping this is an easy way for my favorite ladies to earn some credit and get theirs at a steal!"

At the end of the day I had 7 ladies who were going to go for it and I started putting together some packets. Here's how they turned out:

I will put all the orders in as 1 party and split up the hostess rewards as the prizes! I'm super excited about having 7 ladies participating (wouldn't be upset at all to have all 12 say yes! In fact, there's still time for that to happen!)
